  Wow!!!
  
  I mean we were craving something cheap and delicious and wow does this place deliver! We stopped in almost around closing time and they were so kind about it and still served us and helped us figure out our order. Staff are excellent!
  
  The beat thing here is of course the arepa! Like order a few different kinds and share or just sample some and take it home! Either way it's a must must must try here! There is nothing like that texture combination of the doughy and gooey arepa (based on the filling of course) with a perfect bite of cabbage slaw and drizzled with some of that sauce! Idk which sauce but test around and use all of them and see which works best for you! I love spice, so I piled on high them jalapeños and red spicy sauce!
  
  We also ordered the fried fish to share and it was ample amounts of food! The fish was good, but by far the best thing is the arepa! My favorite are very basic- cheese, mixed (meat and beans) and of course meat (your choice!)!!
  
  Would definitely recommend and don't be shy to order a local beer and just chill!

  A very hearty and quite affordable meal. We ordered two of the plates so that we could try more stuff. The pupusas were, of course, great. My favorite was the steak and cheese because the meat was more substantial in that one, but the shrimp and cheese was good too. The meat that came with the yuca fries was tasty too. The yuca was a bit inconsistent - some delicious, some tough and stingy. Casamientos and pastel were ok.
  
  Unless you're particularly hungry, one plate might be a little much for one person - I was in a food coma for the rest of the day.
  
  It was sort of hard to order since we didn't know Spanish and the menu isn't that clear, but just do your research and get over the awkwardness and it's fine.

  I have been wanting to check out this place for a while but never really gotten a chance because of the minimum 2 pupusa per person orders. However, I suddenly have the idea to check this place out when it is not busy, so they can probably accommodate us with just getting 2 pupusas total for the 2 of us. We did just that on Wednesday, 1 hour before closing. There is a decent number of open seats, so we sat down and ordered just 2 pupusas. The waitress still made us aware of the policy of minimum order, but she was willing to comply that having 1 person or 2 people in the table is the same thing because you are still occupying one table. If they didn't, then it is a loss for them. A nice touch is that instead of a regular bill, you are given a shoe with the receipt attached. That complements well with the general football ambiance (soccer, as the Americans say) with the football lighting.
  
  The pupusas in general were mostly warm with the coating a little bit more moist than expected. The cheese inside is quite filling, but there should be a little bit more meat inside. For the shrimp and cheese, the shrimp is somewhat fresh, but the cheese drained out the flavor. For the pork and cheese, the pork is quite flavorful so I recommend this pupusa. The vegetables served (curtido) are too watery; even though they are pickled, such liquid should not be included in the side dish. Regardless, the vegetables are decent but not as salty and spicy; they are also not as fresh as I had hoped. The salsa on the side is okay, as I have had better in general. Overall, this place is quite mediocre.

  Oye! Este lugar es mas chevere. Fried masa stuffed with meat and cheese. C'mon, it doesn't get much better than that. Oh wait...I forgot about the horchata and plantains. I love Pupusas and these rival the best I have had in Central America. What makes this place so fantastic is that once you step inside you feel like you are in El Salvador; that and the fact that the food is out of this world makes the experience worth nothing less than 5-stars. Its obligatory for me to order 2 Pupusas with Casamientos because that is how I learned to eat this dish. The Curtido had just the right amount of tang from the vinegar and the salsa had a nice tomato flavor. Plantains and horchata as dessert and I am in heaven.

  This place is the whole package. Great papusas, tart curtido and fresh (not-too spicy) salsa.
  
  Both their meat options and vegetarian options are super satisfying and filling. We got the bean and cheese, spinach and zucchini, Pollo, and pork jalapeño and all were 5 stars.
